Sample analysis option includes PLM and TEM.

PCB

Locate and manage PCB-containing components such as sealants, paints, and electrical fittings to prevent environmental contamination..

FLOURINATED COMPOUNDS (CFC)

Identify refrigerants and insulating foams with ozone-depleting substances for compliant recovery and disposal.

VOC & SVOC

Assess for harmful airborne compounds that could impact air quality or health during demolition activities.

SYNTHETIC MINERAL FIBRES (SMF)

Evaluate fibrous insulation materials to reduce dust exposure and maintain safe working conditions during removal.

SMF is identified through analysis results and visual assessment. 

LEAD-BASED PAINT

Identify and assess lead-based paint to manage exposure risks during demolition or refurbishment works.
Sampling and analysis help prevent contamination and ensure safe, compliant removal practices.
