If you manage or control a workplace, you are responsible for ensuring all asbestos and hazardous materials are properly identified and safely managed in line with Queensland’s Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations . This includes maintaining an accurate, up-to-date register and reviewing it at least every five years—or sooner if conditions change.
